Solutions

Together with the Signum Consulting team created a plan and strategy to build a design system.

Redesigned the UI and different elements (logos, images, etc) and implemented.

Facilitating collaborative team sessions, introducing the Design System to external teams, and providing coaching to employees to use the CMS and internal applications.
